		<description>It might be of interest to note that in Canada superior courts did not recognize multiple sclerosis as an incurable unpredictable disease with physical and or cognitive disabilities that  can  unaware be cyclical  and  cause anything  from unavoidable   poor performance  to  negligence  in  the workplace with   the onus  on an  ms disabled employee to prove ms was or was not the cause of disciplined performance.
