It might be of interest to note that in Canada superior courts did not recognize multiple sclerosis as an incurable unpredictable disease with physical and or cognitive disabilities that can unaware be cyclical and cause anything from unavoidable poor performance to negligence in the workplace with the onus on an ms disabled employee to prove ms was or was not the cause of disciplined performance. Court records on file and details are available. Regards from all at email spartica@hotmail.com
