Richard and Gillian Saville-Smith, the couple who bought a Narnia website name for their son’s birthday have lost a battle with the estate of CS Lewis to keep it. The Edinburgh bought www.narnia.mobi for their 11-year-old son Comrie, who is a fan of the CS Lewis books. However, CS Lewis (Pte) Ltd, the owners of the CS Lewis estate lodged a complaint with the World Intellectual Property Organisation.
