In a land where magic has been forgotten and peace has reigned for centuries, unrest is simmering. Three kingdoms battle for power… A princess must journey into enemy territory in search of a magic long-thought extinct. A rebel becomes the leader of a bloody revolution. A Sorceress discovers the truth about the supernatural legacy she is destined to wield. It's the eve of war. Each must choose a side. Kingdoms will fall.
"I do have to restrain from telling about too much of the story, it is quite a comprehensive story that reads away easily. But that does show a bit the plainness of the story, though this is not a bad thing at all, it actually makes this book 100% suited for the younger audience. Morgan Rhodes has with Falling Kingdoms definitely made a solid entry into this genre producing a very interesting epic fantasy book that will appeal to younger and older readers alike. It is filled with both action and compelling scenes that truly make the pages of this book come to life." Jasper de Joode, Fantasy Book Review

It doesn\'t deserve a low score, So I\'m rating it ten. I liked it and read every Falling Kingdoms book after it.

Excuse me but I wrote a review a while ago, and is never shown up. Was there an error? I'd really like to know where it's gone. Regardless, I think I gave the book a low rating. Was that the cause for my review going missing? I found the book interesting at first, I will say, but it lacked the substance I really wanted. The plot fell slack, the characters were slightly annoying, the lands were too cliche-- oh there were many cliches. However, I can understand the intrigue of wanting to read it, and it's a fairly easy read. So go ahead and read it, it's quick and gives you that fantasy taste you crave, but it will fall flat of expectations and the way it's written will kinda put some people off. Otherwise, nice book

I didn't really like it all that much. Characters were flat. Diction was boring. Didn't interest me. But the world was cool, I'll give it that. Plot was decent.
