Born and raised in Mansfield, England, I am currently in full time education, and am part way through the first year of a degree course studying Zoo Biology at Nottingham Trent University.
Whilst there I have met some great, interesting people and learnt a lot as most of the lectures are really interesting.
Once my education is over I'd love to work either abroad in Wildlife Conservation or here in the UK at a Zoo or a Sea-life Centre whilst also continuing with my career as an author.
I enjoy sports, my favourites been football and boxing. I also enjoy watching WWE wrestling, been a fan for years. I have always going to concerts and music festivals, nothing compares to seeing your favourite bands live on stage. It's mostly rock music that I listen too but my I-Pod also contains music like J-Pop, Jazz and even soundtracks from various musicals!
My favourite authors are Philip Pullman, J.K Rowling, Jeff Lindsay, Jack London and Philip Reeve. Philip Reeve's Mortal Engines series was a big influence on me and it is the series of novels that encouraged me to pursue his dream of becoming a writer.
I write fantasy, Steampunk and Sci-Fi. Steam Queen is my debut novel and I my second novel, On Angels Wings will also soon be available by LazyDay Publishing.
At the moment I am part way through writing the sequel to Steam Queen titled Steam Princess and am in the planning stages of another as of yet untitled fantasy novel.
